If you are a student nurse seeking clinical experience to reinforce your nursing skills, start your career with the Saint Barnabas Health Care System summer Nurse Extern. Our exciting, innovative program will help you increase your clinical competency in relating theory to practice. As a nurse extern, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and gain hands on clinical experience. Take advantage of this opportunity to develop and reinforce your nursing skills and critical thinking skills.

NURSING EXTERN PROGRAM

For students who have completed all junior- level courses in a Baccalaureate program or diploma students and those in two-year programs who have completed a minimum of two nursing courses.

• 10 week program beginning in June
