
Fern Papalia has over 25 years of Nursing experience in a variety of clinical settings including acute care, long term care, home care, hospice and psychiatric. She is currently the Vice President of Patient Care Services at Community Medical Center. Fern holds a Master of Science in Nursing, from Seton Hall University, and a Master of Science in Administration with a Business Focus from Central Michigan University. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Thomas Edison State College. She also completed a leadership fellow from the Advisory Board in Washington, D.C.
Fern is a member of the Organization of Nursing Executives of New Jersey, the Oncology Nursing Society and the Kiwanis Club and formerly active in the Red Cross and American Cancer Society.
